General Information:
Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy of enterprise software for current and new markets. The position is accountable for the long-term success and cohesion of Hitachi Energy's Lumada asset and work management solutions.
The Senior Product Manager is a strategic leadership role that will require close collaboration with customers and Hitachi Energy teams to manage the entire product lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Create and maintain business plans.
- Identify buy/build/partner business opportunities.
- Communicate the data-driven market opportunity.
- Translate market problems into requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing on positioning and GTM.
- Empower sales with the messaging and tools.
- Win/loss analysis of current and new products.
- Analyze product profitability and sales success.

Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science or in a related field of study. MBA is preferred.
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
- 7+ years of experience working in product management in a software product development organization.
- Experience and certification in Pragmatic Marketing.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and / or adjacent software markets.
- Understand the software development lifecycle (SDLC) process.
- Experience working with agile project management platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, interface design tools, and process mapping applications.
