Jirav connects your operational and financial data to analyze your historical performance and help build future forecasts across Bookings, Revenues, Workforce, Expenses and Cash Flow. In Jirav, anyone can run scenarios on the fly, build sales targets, set quotas, plan their workforce, analyze financial variances, and keep a pulse of their business with live dashboards for SaaS metrics/KPIs, financial targets and personnel.

Jirav is building a modern, cloud-based product to make complex financial forecasting and modeling easy. We enable small and medium businesses to truly understand their performance and forecast where they are going. Our company is young, hungry, and we intend to disrupt traditional players in the space. We are hiring for the position of Senior Product Manager to own bringing impactful features to market which are relevant to, benefit and delight our buying and user personas. You will explore, research and understand best in class functionality and features for our software category and market segment. You have a natural understanding of feature workflows and design and approach the process with a strategic and creative mindset. You will build a variety of stories, wireframes or prototypes to test and/or communicate complex ideas/concepts to customers, partners and internal stakeholders. You strive to develop a deep understanding of our customer journey with an eye for constant improvement.

Your role and what you will achieve:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the strategic & technical objectives of the company, our core IP, and how to improve upon this to make a material impact when our customers interact with the Jirav platform and their day to day workflows.
  • Define inspiring vision for the future state of Jirav's product and drive the product roadmap and execution.
  • Translate product strategy and roadmap into detailed requirements and prototypes by defining, documenting, prioritizing, and communicating market and customer needs.
  • Represent the needs of customers and users internally while representing Jirav to customers and partners.
  • Drive execution in collaboration with Engineering and Design peers: making tradeoffs, managing the workflow with engineering leaders and design, driving execution and anticipating risks.
  • Run user research studies to find user experience touch points that help customers get the most out of Jirav and our partners.
  • Engage in strategic discussions with partners and customers to provide technical and expert guidance on the best ways to build combined solutions.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to drive initiatives and new ideas from inception to launch.
  • Focus on feature development and defining requirements and wireframes for how users utilize the Jirav platform to complete financial processes faster and error free with less effort.
  • Create a repeatable process to extract product usage data and surface insightful metrics to assist in driving increased user engagement and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management with demonstrated success in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience with a mix of enterprise software, high growth startups and fast paced environments.
  • Ability to provide examples of critical features/initiatives you have owned and implemented.
  • Self-starter who proactively identifies challenges/opportunities and works across teams to generate and execute solutions.
  • Known for taking ownership of the outcomes through working with others and staying accountable to actions.

  • Ability to approach complex challenges methodically, building decision making frameworks founded on qualitative and quantitative data.

  • Obsession over UX, good design, and ability to use products across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Experience with financial and accounting concepts or systems is preferred.
  • Experience working with global, distributed, multi-cultural teams is preferred.
  • A university degree (BS or MS) in Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, Business, Economics or other technofunctional field or equivalent experience is preferred.
