We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at Accusoft!

As a Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for growing and retaining revenue for your assigned product group in support of Accusoft's business-to-developers business objectives. You will be the expert on the markets we serve and the competitors serving our markets and you will use those insights to develop strategies to deliver products that are best-in-class for our markets.

In this role, your business mindset, strategic approach, and deep understanding of our software development business ecosystem will be fundamental to shaping products that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth!

A Day in the Life of Our Product Manager

The ideal candidate has previous experience in Product Management for a software company.

  • Understand market trends and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities to retain and expand revenue within the current product portfolio
    • Regularly perform and present market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure product-market fit, support sales processes, and foster strong client relationships.
    • Collaborate with sales account managers on retention strategies for key customers.
    • Develop a continuing win/loss program to ensure we are improving our product and sales process.
  • Monitor and research pricing strategies to ensure we stay competitive in the marketplace.
  • Communication skills are key to success in this role. You will work with your assigned engineering counterpart to define product release requirements based on market problems.
  • You will work with product marketing to help define the go-to-market strategy by providing key product and market insights. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, working to support the sales channel to ensure they are successful.
  • Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas, such as engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities to drive and achieve set goals and objectives.
  • Establish strategies for user acquisition, onboarding, monetization, retention, and vitality of Accusoft-assigned product offerings.
  • Define each new product release and the associated go-to-market approach to execute growth strategies for assigned product(s).
  • Define vision, goals, strategies, and metrics to increase assigned product revenue and build and manage the product roadmap to support these goals.
  • Develop Go To Market plans and lead marketing and product team execution of these plans, including messaging, PR, social media, viral marketing, and demand generation activities.
  • Establish data-driven decision-making through the use of product analytics.

Work Schedule/Environment:

  • This can be a work-from-home-based role in the following states: Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, New York, Massachusetts, Texas, Tennessee, and Washington.
  • We offer a flexible work schedule.
  • Employees can also work from our Tampa, FL Office if they wish.
  • Minimal travel. You may be invited to visit Accusoft headquarters in Tampa for team meetings and/or events.

Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree; MBA a plus.
  • 7 plus years of software product management experience within the technology industry
  • Experience in the successful marketing of software products, with a track record of developing and executing programs that build awareness, generate leads and accelerate the growth of the user base.
  • Experience in configuring and using Google Analytics and other tracking tools to measure market success.
  • Experience in utilizing Hubspot or similar platforms to manage user acquisition and onboarding.
  • Understanding of SEO / SEM concepts.
  • Proven experience conducting market research to identify customer needs and support business strategies.
  • Demonstrable passion for keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the tech world, including interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and motivate others
  • Analytics skills: analyze user data and implement appropriate tracking to measure market success.
