Job Description
The Senior Product Manager with a focus on slot strategy will be responsible for the day-to-day management of slot placement, performance, and market positioning across the core games at SciPlay. This individual will work centrally with our game and analytics teams to advance current projects in Tableau, JIRA, and Confluence and work with external partners to ensure our key brands and new slot content are represented to the highest standard in the market. This position will work closely with Slot Development, and the Marketing and Live Operations team’s for each core game on their content release planning, scheduling, slot performance analysis and be a key contributor in driving the future slot roadmap. We are seeking a passionate slot enthusiast who has previous experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management with Analytics being a major plus. This role will report to the Director, Slot Performance and Strategy and will collaborate on new initiatives to take our slot content to the next level while learning and leveraging our strengths against other social gaming competitors in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:

SciPlay currently offers nine core games, including social casino games Jackpot Party Casino, Gold Fish Casino Slots, Hot Shot Casino and Quick Hit Slots, and casual games MONOPOLY Slots, Bingo Showdown, 88 Fortunes Slots, Backgammon Live, and Solitaire Pet Adventure with offices all over the world!
Essential Job Functions:
· Manage all daily communications and calendar updates for upcoming slots releasing across the core portfolio
· Analyze slot performance daily KPIs in Tableau for the live games and adjust when needed, advancing a new slot content strategy
· Create information sheets and share out all details related to upcoming slots releasing in the games
· Be a key contributor in designing a centralized process around reporting and tracking of slot performance using Tableau, JIRA and Confluence tools
· Collaborate with other Product Management and Monetization teams on how our slots are brought to the market using a player first mentality
· Assist in the development of accurate slot ROI estimates based on revenue impacts and development costÂ
· Advance and manage the organization and communication around A/B slot test in collaboration with other external partners
· Work with the Analytics team to plan comprehensive testing strategies driving slot insights back to the development teams influencing our future portfolio
· Create presentations of notable successful slot launches sharing with broader PM org and executive leadership team
· Attend daily stand-ups and weekly meetings with the game teams, monetization, and marketing teams
· Act as day-to-day primary point of contact for any slot related questions
· Evaluate notable competitors and share key insights giving us a market advantage
· Constantly seek improvement opportunities in our day-to-day workflows
Requirements
Required Qualifications:Â
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
· Must be passionate about slot product and has a strong desire to make a big impact.Â
· Must be motivated to win
· 4+ years relevant experience
Preferred Experience:
· Experience in gaming, social, online casino, or consumer mobile live service products.Â
· PLUS: Analytics experience building Tableau dashboard tools and performance tracking information.
Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesÂ
· Expert with Excel/Google Sheets/Powerpoint/Google SlidesÂ
· Strong understanding of slot data and must be proficient in TableauÂ
· Understanding of forecasting and measuring ROI
· Ability to build and manage a future roadmap of products
· Critical Thinking and Creative Problem SolvingÂ
· Ability to develop positive relationships and communicate effectively with Developers, QA, Analysts and Producers.Â
· Excellent Organizational skillsÂ
· Strong starter who can quickly get up to speed on new markets and products.Â
· Strong affinity for understanding target audience needs and spender priorities.Â
