This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager in France.
We are seeking a commercially-savvy and growth-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the development of an innovative B2C product for the next generation of content creators. You will own the end-to-end success of the product, driving user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring deep market understanding, strong analytical skills, and the ability to align cross-functional teams. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing to shape the roadmap, optimize monetization strategies, and deliver high-impact product experiences. Operating in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, your contributions will have a direct influence on product-market fit, user satisfaction, and the company’s long-term growth.
Accountabilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap, balancing strategic vision with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities in the creator economy.
- Design and optimize onboarding, retention, and viral growth strategies to maximize user adoption and lifetime value.
- Shape monetization strategies and unit economics to ensure sustainable profitability.
- Act as a cross-functional leader, bridging engineering, design, and marketing to deliver impactful product solutions.
- Use data-driven insights to prioritize features, assess performance, and guide product decisions.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the product team.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally with B2C digital products such as mobile apps, marketplaces, or creator tools.
- Proven track record implementing Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies and optimizing conversion funnels.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy, including influencer workflows, business models, and user pain points.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing user behavior and deriving actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills to inspire teams and translate complex market needs into clear product goals.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments, demonstrating creativity, proactivity, and agility.
- Fluent in English; experience working in international and remote teams.
- Knowledge of leveraging AI for research, prototyping, and product optimization is a plus.
