We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in the Waltham, MA headquarters.
Job Summary
Imprivata is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Imprivata's OneSign and Confirm ID team as these flagship products enter a phase of transformative growth.
OneSign and Confirm ID solve the problems of simple but secure access and authentication in uniquely complex healthcare environments. Our innovative solutions, including biometrics and Bluetooth technology, enable clinicians to focus on patients instead of struggling with electronic workflows. Today, OneSign and Confirm ID have over 6 million monthly active users in 32 countries worldwide. We are now expanding these foundational products to serve new, untapped markets and to deliver this value on our next-generation cloud platform.
The Senior Product Manager will engage across customers, internal stakeholders, Product Management, and Engineering to define and deliver capabilities that provide real value to our customers and internal stakeholders. The Senior Product Manager will help Imprivata deliver on our promise of a secure, low-touch solution that supports our customers' unique workflows.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Continuous discovery to understand customers' unique administrative, operational, and clinical needs. Be the Voice of Customer
• Articulate internal, customer and market requirements into product requirements documentation
• Prioritize product features into a roadmap that meets market and business goals, and drive delivery of that roadmap with Product Owners, Product Design, and Engineering
• Act as a Product Owner, working closely with engineering and scrum teams to effectively plan and execute work
• Collaborate closely with Product Design and Technical Documentation to ensure clear, intuitive user interfaces and product documentation
• Travel up to 5% for customer site visits and trade shows, as conditions allow

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with at least 3+ years' experience as a software product manager
• Experience developing software products for Enterprise IT , including endpoint management products.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows architecture , Azure, and Azure AD .
• Experience working with third-party hardware and software vendors.
• Experience in Healthcare IT.
• Experience working with B2B or B2B2C business models
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

This position offers a salary range of $135,000 to $187,000 (inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here . This salary range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
