Senior Product Manager

Location Details: 

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.  

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

The Customer Engagement Team provides the platform, tools and operations that enable GoDaddy to deliver the right message to the right customer through the right channel. We're more than a traditional marketing technology (MarTech) or demand generation team because we enable customer success across the entire lifecycle and journey with GoDaddy. We deliver value through our platform’s contributions to experiments that drive lift in new purchases, activation and engagement with products, and renewal rates. Our team of product managers, engineers and operations use a combination of 1st and 3rd party platforms to enable rapid discovery and experimentation of customer engagement opportunities. We serve not only marketing but also our site, shopping, product, and Care (services and support) teams, and we partner with our data platform and eCommerce teams to source customer attributes.

What you'll get to do...

• Independently lead product and platform discovery, delivery, value measurement and ongoing iterative improvement.
• Define the metrics to track platform success, including velocity, reliability and performance – both for our platform itself, and for the communications and campaigns sent through the platform
• Guide our investment plan for 1st and 3rd party tools in each component of the MarTech stack
• Discover and evangelize new opportunities for Generative AI and machine learning to improve our customer engagement outcomes

Your experience should include...

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years of experience using industry-leading marketing technology and data pipeline platforms and services on a >10M customer user base
• 2+ years of experience driving full product lifecycle including integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution
• Experience working with engineering on API designs and platform-level requirements

• Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MessageGears, and/or Braze
