As a Senior/Principal Product Manager, you'll be at the heart of our product strategy and execution, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our offerings. This position requires a customer-centric perspective, hands-on approach, and the ability to move quickly to meet our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate product strategy and vision, working closely with stakeholders across the organization
- Customer Insight & Market Analysis: Understand and anticipate customer needs through direct interaction, market research, and competitive analysis
- Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact and customer needs
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver innovative products and features
- Product Launch: Oversee successful product launches, working with the marketing team on go-to-market strategies
- Product Performance: Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product success and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or technology product environment within the travel industry
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused role, with the ability to stay closely connected to the customer's needs
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of customer needs and a customer-focused approach
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. An MBA would be a plus
- Must be willing and able to work in an open office environment in Palo Alto, CA - This is not a remote-eligible role

Our market-based compensation approach uses data from trusted third party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team. Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position’s compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications.Â
The annual cash compensation for this role is: $150,000 - $200,000
