Senior Product Manager

As a Senior/Principal Product Manager, you'll be at the heart of our product strategy and execution, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our offerings. This position requires a customer-centric perspective, hands-on approach, and the ability to move quickly to meet our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate product strategy and vision, working closely with stakeholders across the organization
• Customer Insight & Market Analysis: Understand and anticipate customer needs through direct interaction, market research, and competitive analysis
• Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact and customer needs
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver innovative products and features
• Product Launch: Oversee successful product launches, working with the marketing team on go-to-market strategies
• Product Performance: Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product success and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or technology product environment within the travel industry
• Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused role, with the ability to stay closely connected to the customer's needs
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of customer needs and a customer-focused approach
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. An MBA would be a plus
• Must be willing and able to work in an open office environment in Palo Alto, CA - This is not a remote-eligible role

The annual cash compensation for this role is: $150,000 - $200,000
