Senior Product Manager
Job Description
(*) Remote position - Only for professionals based in Argentina
RYZ Labs is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of our client’s cutting-edge SaaS platform that focuses on Identity Access Management (IAM), multi-tenancy capabilities, and Audit compliance. This individual should possess deep technical knowledge, a passion for creating user-centered products, and the drive to take ownership of a product from ideation through to delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably within the IAM, SaaS, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of the technical architecture of complex SaaS products.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to organize projects, identify critical paths, analyze resourcing requirements, and execute independently.
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.
- Experience working with international teams
- Excellent teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative product solutions.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, define the product vision, and work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on the product.
- Coordinate and manage technical project development of large-scale
- Understand and stay current with the IAM market, and Saas tools, including key trends, competitors, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap and backlog, ensuring resources are appropriately allocated.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of product features and troubleshoot any technical challenges.
- Monitor product performance using appropriate KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.
- Lead product demos, training sessions, and other customer-facing activities.
