Senior Product Manager

About this role

As the Product Manager, you will work with our customers, engineering teams, and other operational stakeholders to define product roadmap features. In addition, business requirements documents, create demos, and drive working backward documents (PRFAQs). Successful candidates must have exceptional problem-solving skills, strong industry business judgment, and experience in working with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do:

• Create & execute a product strategy that appeals to the unique needs and requirements of vector database users & customers
• Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution
• Launch the vision, product strategy, and roadmap for our products and work with key stakeholders to deliver on that vision
• Define product requirements documents based on an intimate knowledge of the specific market segments, target customers, and product

What we are looking for:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years in product management
• 3+ years of industry experience in a database system or MLOps
• Strong customer empathy, strong technical acumen, and entrepreneurial spirit
• Be both technically deep and business savvy to interface with and lead teams of all levels and disciplines
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data to drive conclusions and recommendations
• A strong track record of delivering products
