The Opportunity

Adobe.com is one of the most heavily trafficked corporate websites in the world, and the digital front door for most of our customers. The web product management team focuses on making Adobe.com a world-class experience for visitors across their entire customer journey. Working in close partnership with teams across the organization, you will drive the strategic direction and strategy for our Experience Cloud (DX) products on adobe.com and deliver best-in-class experiences to the site.

You will help define key site opportunities, and marshal support from our UX, Creative, Publishing, and Development teams to deliver innovative experiences for our prospects and customers. You help guide strategy for the site, prioritize inbound business requirements and distill them into measurable roadmaps. You will interact with hardworking cross-functional teams that create site enhancements, testing and optimization, and ensure that the projects accomplish their business goals.

What you'll Do

• Help lead the evolution of the Experience Cloud site section for Adobe.com (specifically business.adobe.co), further developing it as a critical digital engagement point for Adobe's business products and solutions
• Use data, customer and competitive insights, and industry standard methodologies to find opportunities to create innovative capabilities and compelling user experiences
• Analyze data to drive testing and optimization
• Create use cases for site enhancements, clearly identifying the goals, KPIs, and targets for proposed initiatives
• Assess and report on the results of initiatives vs. their expected impact
• Maintain relationships with marketing partners in the Experience Cloud business unit, setting appropriate expectations and aligning with them on site vision
• Drive planning and vision refinement sessions with business and development teams
• Discover, validate, and document business and technical requirements
• Work with the UX and creative teams on site structure, customer journeys, UX flows, and page designs
• Partner with the creative team on providing timelines, creative briefs, messaging and direction for key content experiences
• Present convincingly to executives and partners

What is needed to succeed

• 5+ years of product management or website management experience, with B2B marketing website experience a major plus
• Enthusiastic, creative and innovative attitude
• Ability to lead issues and mitigate risk on the site content and capabilities roadmaps
• Articulate in documenting site requirements, specifications, and user stories (experience in Jira a plus)
• Experienced in defining and executing against roadmaps using an agile methodology
• Analytical abilities to test hypothesis and sort through complex options
• Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the organization to gain support for recommendations
• Ability to influence executive and senior-level leaders regarding product vision, roadmaps, and priorities
• Ability to juggle multiple initiatives and shift priorities as needed
• BS/BA or equivalent required
