The Team You’ll Join  

At Xevant, Product is the bridge between the market and what we build. We are also the glue that helps align our business around how we win in the market and what we’ll do to get there. We believe that product managers are the CEOs of their product. In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Product Management and play an integral part in developing and then leading execution for the product strategy. You will be the single-threaded product lead over a core product in our portfolio, interfacing directly with customers, development, and stakeholders across the business to discover the best solutions to impact the market, and iteratively managing those solutions through delivery.

Research & Discovery — dive deep into the needs of our market and customers, discovering what we can build to make their eyes light up.  

Problem Solve — take these insights on market need and translate them into concrete problems to solve and plans we can execute. 

Align —collaborate and align with your cross-functional teams in Dev/UX and your business stakeholders to rally around your vision for the product. 

Build — build your product to make your vision become a reality. 

Deliver — manage your product through launch and continual improvements to maximize the value we bring to the market. 

Your Background, Perspective, and Experience 

• 4+ years of product owner or product manager experience in a SaaS environment 
• Strong product discovery experience, including customer interviewing, rapid/iterative problem definition, prototyping, and ideation 
• Strong execution experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and ability to run 1-3 team backlogs simultaneously 
• Experience building, aligning, and leading cross functional teams with both technical and business stakeholders 
• Strong product sense, with experience taking a software product from idea/conception through launch, ideally being able to demonstrate business and market impact 
• Uncanny ability to get along with and build alignment with a lot of different personalities, ranging from engineering to sales and marketing 
• Ability to comprehend and manage both the individual details of a product as well as the big strategic picture 
• While not required, healthcare (and even better, pharmacy benefit) experience is a huge plus
