Position Overview:Â Â
As a Senior Product Manager at Diligent, you will own your own product roadmap and drive the solution in the right direction by identifying market and customer needs and opportunities. You will be in direct contact with our customers to understand their needs, bring in market insights and data, and communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure the right vision is achieved for individual solutions. This is a cross-functional role, delivering impactful solutions on our Diligent Platform.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Develop and implement the product strategy that align to the company vision and strategy.Â
- Responsible for the product(s) roadmap, from ideation to launch.  Â
- Be the voice of the customer in our product team, by clearly communicating and sharing insights about our customers and how we can get their jobs done better.Â
- Serve as the leader of a cross-functional team of developers, UX designers, and stakeholders in Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing. Â
- Detailed understanding of functional capabilities and limitations, user scenarios, and business value derived for a product(s) and how they intersect with other Diligent products and 3rd-party products Â
- Delivery of high quality and on-time user experiences on multiple platforms (Mobile, Web, Desktop) for the target personas. Â
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a prioritized backlog of user stories with clearly written user stories. Â
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the business domain, applying problem solving skills to address critical and complex issues to ensure the product evolves in light with the organizational strategy. Â
- Responsible for the ongoing tracking of product performance, user engagement, and outcomes measurement. Â
- Monitor the external market landscape, including competitor analysis and market trends to inform the product roadmap.  Â
Required Experience/Skills:Â
- 4+ years’ experience in a product management role, including predominantly SaaS product experience in more recent yearsÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong business acumen.Â
- 1-3 years domain and market expertise Â
- Demonstrate experience in writing technical and functional requirements.  Â
- Demonstrate experience interacting directly with stakeholders at all levels of the business. Â
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate with other development teams. Â
- Experience integrating with multiple products (desirable). Â
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar qualifications (desirable).Â
