About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for our solution that helps customers Start Up Confidently with forming an LLC, Corporation, or Non-profit! You’ll develop delightful experiences not only for those starting their business, but also our internal sales and fulfillment teams, improving efficiency and satisfaction while growing revenue. If you succeed, you’ll have a direct impact providing access to justice for thousands more people everyday.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive the Product strategy for one of our core product verticals - Formation Filings
• Deeply understand the needs of your customers through quantitative and qualitative research. Passionately represent the voice of your customers as you build products
• Prioritize features using data-driven analysis, business insights, and mature judgment
• Develop a deep understanding of the marketplace and competitive environment
• Develop and deliver a product roadmap the meets customer needs and grows your part of the business 
• Define, analyze, and monitor KPIs to ensure the continued success of your products
• Understand and report on the direct revenue implications of product decisions
• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new products
• Work closely with Marketing to create and drive comprehensive go-to-market plans that will ensure the success of new products and features
• Collaborate with your cross-functional team of Design, User Experience, Project Management, Engineering, QA, and Content to maintain and improve your products

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years software product development experience, ideally with consumer-facing products, technologies, and platforms
• Ownership mentality with strong accountability for building and maintaining your part of the overall business
