As part of this evolving product structure, we are looking for an ambitious Senior Product Manager to manage Carsome Shared Services at Carsome & its group ecosystem. Your role will be pivotal in managing core product services that enhance communication, synergies, and revenue across the Carsome Group.

Your Day-to-Day

• Manage the development and execution of features for Carsome’s platforms, ensuring alignment with team strategy and vision to optimize user experience and conversion.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for enhancing products, tools, data analytics, and reporting across the Carsome ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, requirements, specifications, and use cases, effectively communicating them to gain support from internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define an ambitious strategy, prioritize the product backlog, and deliver impactful experiences for our customers.
• Utilize low-code/no-code platforms, such as AppSheet, to drive operational excellence and process improvement within the product offerings.
• Lead agile sprint cycles, breaking down the product roadmap into actionable stories and requirements, ensuring timely delivery of features.

Your Know-How

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the digital industries.
• Proven track record of managing and launching product services in Southeast Asia, with a focus on enhancing communication and operational efficiency.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and agile software development methodologies.
• Strong strategic thinker with exceptional product sense and a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent analytical skills and a proven ability to solve complex problems.
• Collaborative team player with outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
