Senior Product Manager

(Location - Remote US)
About the role:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong track record successfully leading and shipping application software for high-growth startups.  You must be detail-oriented, have a strong passion for and understanding of generative AI, and excellent people skills. You must have played a key role in intimately understanding customer needs, identifying and strategically focusing the teams on the most impactful features, and keeping projects moving along smoothly.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the product development process from conception to launch, including defining product specifications, conducting user research, prototyping, and usability testing. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that features and products are delivered fast and with a high quality
• Effectively manage multiple projects and team schedules
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, features, and release timelines. Prioritize feature development based on customer needs, business impact, and resource constraints

Qualifications: 

• At least 6 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of managing consumer facing (B2C) websites and applications (including some using Machine Learning) from conception to successful launch
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies and project management tools, with a strong focus on rapid application development 
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams to achieve common goals
• Played a pivotal role in an early start-up, helping it achieve Product Market Fit and strong sales growth
• Passion for technology and innovation (especially Generative AI), with the keen eye for emerging trends and opportunities in the market

Compensation

The salary range for this role is between $130,000 and $190,000. Individual pay within the range is based on factors like job-related skills and experience. Total compensation also includes stock options and benefits.
