Senior Product Manager

Position Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic roadmap for software products at Aunalytics. You will be accountable for ensuring that solutions meet the company's strategic objectives while also delivering indisputable value to our clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision and develop a strategic roadmap to fulfill it
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market by gathering and analyzing market insights, user targets, user needs, user personas, competitors, and competitive solutions
• Create and manage the product strategy, considering company objectives, market insights, and user feedback
• Lead product planning and design efforts by prioritizing opportunities, shaping the value proposition, defining expected outcomes, building prototypes, and composing product initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the software development process to ensure that Go-To- Market and Operational Readiness artifacts are created in accordance with the "definition of done"

• Collaborate with Release management team for Go/No-Go decisions based on market ready standards
• Establish positive, productive working relationships across departments and with cross-functional teams
• Oversee product launch efforts by managing the market introduction plan including product promotion, packaging, pricing, reporting, service wrap-around, training, and resources
• Manage overall product performance by gathering user feedback, evaluating metrics and KPIs, and adjusting product strategy
• Assist with user/prospect questions, requests, trainings, demos, and presentation

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of product management or product development experience
• Proven experience crafting a product vision and executing a strategic roadmap toward that vision

• Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
• Experience with data visualization, dashboarding, and reporting; as well concepts related to data lakes and data marts
• Significant experience with data integration and data management concepts
• Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

• High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
• Experience launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, and understanding of Agile principles
• Experience mentoring less experienced product management team members
