Senior Product Manager

POSITION: Senior Product Manager

JOB DUTIES: Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision. Collect and utilize feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features, and products. Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps. Direct product development and ensure high return on investment. Lead and mentor product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams. Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule. Diagnose, prioritize, and solve the root cause of complex user issues. Participate in hiring activities. Remote work permitted.

HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

SALARY: $185,000.14 - $253,000.00/year

REQUIREMENTS
Main Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Business or a closely related field of study and two (2) years of experience as a Customer Experience Manager, Product Manager or related occupation.

Special Skills: Also requires at least two (2) years of experience with the following:

• Product management;
• Conducting user interviews and surveys
• SQL;
• Data analysis;
• Logistics and shipping; and
• Customer support and operations, specifically with regards to marketplace
