The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of the Communications product area of the Bloomerang web product. You should have a passion for applying quantitative and qualitative data to drive your decision making process, ensuring that capacity is spent on innovation driving the most impact to Bloomerang and our customers. As a Senior Product Manager, you will have opportunities to mentor more junior Product team members, and your expertise in your managed product area will be fundamental to your success. 


What You Will Do

  • Defining and maintaining a product roadmap for Bloomerang’s marketing automation and email features
  • Delivering features on time and with positive outcomes
  • Chatting with customers, users, and stakeholders to identify and prioritize the features and functionality that should be included in the product
  • Monitoring the market and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats
  • Creating functional requirements documents, product briefs, and other documentation related to the enhancement of your managed product area


What you Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years experience in software product management, with 2+ years at a senior level with minimal supervision
  • 4+ years of product management experience with omnichannel marketing automation software products
  • 5+ years experience in SaaS
  • Experience working with multiple development teams in an Agile environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with customers, executives, software developers, designers, and market-facing teams


Nice to Have But not Required

  • 3+ years experience in the nonprofit software industry
  • Experience leading/mentoring Product Owners
  • Highly detail oriented and intellectually curious
  • Comfortable and able to work autonomously or as part of a larger team
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, prioritization, and negotiation skills

Compensation 

The salary range for this position is: $110,500 - $149,500. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.


Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
