Senior Product Manager

At Flowhub, we're about more than technology — we're on a mission to make legal cannabis accessible to everyone. Founded in 2015, Flowhub pioneered the first Metrc API integration to help dispensaries stay compliant. Today over 1,000 dispensaries trust Flowhub's point of sale, inventory management, business intelligence, and mobile solutions to process $3B+ cannabis sales annually.

Flowhub is looking for a driven individual to join our product organization as we grow our platform, expand our markets, and deliver additional, best-in-class product offerings to the cannabis industry. This person will work remotely, reporting directly to the Director of Product. They will be responsible for owning product strategy and execution within their designated space, as well as interfacing with stakeholders across the business and the growing Flowhub customer base. This individual contributor will work directly with engineering and design team members, in addition to contributing to the larger product organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product strategy for their designated space that aligns with company and organizational priorities
• Build a product roadmap, gain alignment with partners and stakeholders, and execute against the roadmap to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives
• Work closely with engineering and design to build robust, yet straightforward and achievable requirements, embracing iterative development practices
• Distill complex compliance/regulatory requirements into engineering requirements, understanding of the variety of application of policy across customer markets
• Leverage data to evaluate market opportunities and success metrics of initiatives as part of the prioritization process, ensuring we are delivering measurable value to our customers and future customers
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to educate the broader company on new product features
• Live and breathe the cannabis industry - stay up to date on what’s happening in all of our markets and across the industry
• Support recruiting and hiring activities to help us build the best technology team in the cannabis industry

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a track record of inception to productionalization/adoption success
• Ability to take ownership of the entire product development lifecycle - Discovery, Delivery, and Enablement
• Capable of developing team processes that scale and execute upon technical vision without the need for team micromanagement
• Understanding and embracing an ‘extreme prioritization’ mentality
• Insatiable curiosity and drive to continue learning, building industry context, and bettering own product practices
• Values technical intuition and strategy to involve tech leadership, technical initiatives, and technical investments in advance of product development
• Low-ego, scrappy ‘get it done’, team-first mentality in everything you do
• Extremely detailed oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in tech fields that include: SaaS, E-commerce, Martech, Infrastructure, or Compliance
• Familiarity with Seed-to-Sale traceability systems (Metrc, BioTrack)
• A background in data analytics, familiarity with SQL, LogRocket, Looker, or other self-serve analytics tooling
• Experience working in the cannabis industry

This role is open to anyone within the United States with compensation that aligns with your location. Starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays, unlimited paid time off, and other benefits.

SALARY RANGE: $125,000 - $170,000 per year.
