The Opportunity

Berkadia is redefining the Commercial Real Estate industry, and we are looking for a proven Senior Product Manager who will be a key member of the Salesforce Product team driving innovation. The Product Manager will own the development of the product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis. The individual selected will have a creative, resourceful, and self-motivate mindset.

What someone will need to be successful in this role

• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environments
• Salesforce certification(s) at minimum Salesforce App Builder or Salesforce Administrator
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs conversations.
• 4 years + of supporting end-to-end execution and delivery of entire product line & solutions
• Articulate product vision and customer expectations through Agile artifacts (like user stories, features, and releases).
• Articulatable history refining backlog, adjusting based on market climate and customer demand.
• Relentlessly drives team to deliver potentially shippable features every sprint

Responsibilities 

• Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, etc. to set a clear and cohesive strategy
• Develops and drives product and feature roadmaps from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment
• Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
• Applies lean start-up thinking mindset to experiment and test assumptions through small pilot programs
• Utilizes data insights and visualizations to derive and achieve actionable outcomes
• Works directly with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges and focuses on innovative solutions that meaningfully address them
• Works in an agile environment and continuously reviews and reprioritizes the backlog based on new data and research
• Partners with stakeholders across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization
• Refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks
• Partners with sales and marketing teams to provide solutions for lead generation and management
• Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology
• Measures product impact and ensures adoption
• Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and data analysis of product performance to evaluate future effort and investment
• Demonstrates self-development by staying current with new technology, agile methodology updates and product management trends
