HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the vision and strategic roadmap for the portfolio of products within Product Management team at Millennium Trust Company. The position will partner with multiple Product Owners and squads who will be empowered and accountable to drive specific business and technology outcomes such as improving the client experience, increasing business operational efficiency, launching new products, and retiring legacy systems while aligning tactical decisions with strategic architectural principles. The ideal incumbent will be strategic, innovative, and creative with a solid analytic foundation.

• Translate compelling visions into strategic roadmaps and product planning that are aligned to near- and long-term objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow the overall business by enhancing client engagement and acquisition experience, and launching new products
• Drive product vision leveraging market trends, client needs and competition intel
• Continuously evaluate the market trends on build, buy, and partnership models that increases value of our products
• Build and nurture user forums to capture feedback of individual users, buyers, and distribution partners
• Build the business case for new initiatives leveraging customer insights, market fit, competitor analysis, stakeholder input, financials, compliance and risk data; including the analysis of build/buy/partner options.
• Lead the initial discovery phase of new initiatives by developing the customer journey maps, personas, current vs future process diagrams, high level epics/features and wireframes incorporating user research and design thinking tools.
• Establish and track product success metrics like Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Own the commercial success of the product by partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Service, Legal, Compliance, and other teams who influence the go-to-market plan, pricing strategies, and product objectives.
• Lead and coach a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts that executes the product roadmap.
• Cultivate the product mindset across the product team and, by evangelizing the strategy and key success metrics, empower the product team to make decisions as close to the work as possible.

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, Product Development or related field
• Certifications: Scrum Product Owner or Certified Product Manager credentials preferred
• 10+ years of Applicable Experience
• 3-5 years of Leadership Experience
• Experience with retirement services, alternative strategies, or custody services
• Experience leading a product team including hiring and developing product owners and business analysts.
• Experience with various technology solutions including Salesforce and Microsoft Azure services.
• Background in Financial Services and Fintech strongly preferred
• Must be a strategic, innovative, and creative thinker with a solid analytic foundation
• Demonstrated leadership skills to gain credibility, garner respect, and guide the creation of self-organizing teams
• Ability to be assertive with business priorities and address opposing viewpoints while adhering to Agile concepts and principles
• Working knowledge of Agile practices such as iterative development, incremental delivery, backlog management, burn down metrics, velocity and task definition
• Strong communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills to connect and engage with the team, facilitate discussions, advocate for the team, negotiate with the business, mentor team members, and resolve conflicts
• Solid analytical skills, creative problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal direction, and flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and schedules
• Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously and manage stressful situations
• Strong knowledge of technical concepts and architectural principles to drive scalable solutions.
