Senior Product Manager

About the Job

As Senior Product Manager, you will manage the entire life-cycle of productizing a new technology to meet customer needs. You will identify customers, engage with them, and work with the engineering team to convert customer needs into product specifications. You will manage relationships with customers across a wide range of industries and execute on necessary deliverables. You will make data-driven decisions to help navigate ambiguous environments. As the first business hire at Anthro, you will have significant influence on the strategic direction of the company.

What you will do

• Engage with customers to understand their specific needs, and conduct detailed market analysis

• Scope customer projects and manage resources to ensure their completion and delivery

• Interface with engineering team to guide product design

• Work with the CEO to Establish a pipeline of end-users for Anthro's products and technologies

• Work with Anthro leadership team to establish long-term product strategy

• Assist with key strategic business tasks including revenue forecasting and fundraising

• Work majority in-person, on-site at Anthro's lab in San Jose

Requirements

• 4+ years in a product/strategy role + MBA or other relevant experience

• Technical background or experience in STEM/hardware industries

• Comfortable with developing product specifications in a technical industry

• Experienced with customer-facing communication and informational interviews

• Able to manage multiple customer projects and meet deadlines

• A self-starter and able to operate amidst uncertainty

• An ambitious hustler, eager to play a key role in building a successful company
