About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Healthcare Data Platform team.
You will contribute to the overall strategy and delivery of our healthcare data platform. Your focus will be integrating new data sources to augment and expand our unified patient records and help steer the direction of Particle in the health data ecosystem.
The success of this product manager will be determined by the ability to develop and maintain a consistent, pristine, and unified patient record that is directly accessible by our internal teams and customers.
A “day in the life” of the product manager may include market analysis of healthcare data vendors and offerings, strategy around a pipeline of target partnerships, engaging with customers to understand what additional types of data will improve the outcomes for their patients, and collaborating with the engineering teams on integrating new data sources into the unified profile platform.
What You’ll Do
- Create a platform-based approach to facilitate a unified profile that is available for analytics and insights product offerings
- Perform market research to understand different data source value props and use case
- Partner with the Director of Clinical Strategy and Product Management for data insights to understand the product roadmaps and inform additional data source categories to research and target
- Lead the implementation strategy and execution with new data source partners. This includes things like integrations with other healthcare data providers (e.g. Pharmacy, Claims) and merging them into the unified patient records
- Drive new data source partnerships (relationship building, management, contracting) and create an implementation plan, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
What We Look For:
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with 3+ years working in healthcare data management and/or platforms of a heterogeneous nature
- 2+ years focused on vendor selection, management, and implementation of third-party healthcare data sources
- Experience performing market research and analysis to create a prioritized product roadmap
- Strong ability to prioritize and collaborate with engineering teams
- Experience working directly with multiple sources of healthcare data in a combined fashion to help drie patient outcomes
- Experience developing partnerships and integrations with external parties into a core product offering
Nice-to-Have
- 2+ years experience with health data formats such as HL7, FHIR, CCDA, or Payer Claims
- Experience leading the design and implementation of platform-based products
- Experience merging disparate data sources into a shared patient profile

Cash Compensation Range: $155,000 - $180,000
