Do you want to work in a role with high visibility and opportunity to make a difference? Phreesia is seeking a smart, energetic, and highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join our team. As Senior Product Manager, you will be supporting the full product life cycle, while gaining a deep understanding of the healthcare technology industry. This includes listening to our clients, understanding the market and competitors, driving product innovation, defining user requirements, and executing product releases.  

 

As a Senior Product Manager at Phreesia, you will be working closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to build meaningful healthcare applications with a focus on improving digital patient engagement. You will collaborate with our product management, engineering, operations, marketing, and sales teams to bring innovative healthcare products to market. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, a great problem solver, will be able to work with cross-functional teams, and will demonstrate strong leadership abilities and the desire to learn.  

This is a fully remote position with priority given to candidates in the EST/CST time zones.  

What You’ll Do: 

  • Work within the product team to ensure the overall success of a portfolio of campaign platform products  

  • Build business cases for new features and feature enhancements by collaborating with customers, product marketing, sales, and operations groups

  • Develop detailed product requirements & translate into user stories for implementation by engineering  

  • Drive product strategies and execute plans to support the Phreesia Lines of Business (LOBs)

  • Provide product support, training and documentation

  • Be a product champion within our company and for our clients  

What You’ll Bring:  

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 5+ years of product management or product owner experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment using Agile development methodologies

  • Proven ability to lead design, feature breakdowns, and projects/products from inception to shipped software.  

  • Proven ability to build and ship products that leverage scalable APIs, utilize Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses, and incorporate intuitive user interfaces using UI/UX principles and front-end frameworks like React or Angular.   

  • A deep interest in user experience, with the ability to analyze, create, and refine products to meet user and buyer needs.  

  • Familiarity with ad-serving technologies, targeting algorithms, and programmatic advertising is a plus but not required  

Base pay for US candidates is $120,000 - $145,000 USD depending on qualifications
