Senior Product Manager – Applications, Cloud Infra & Integrations
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the development and optimization of our core application platforms, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and big data systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the technical and business aspects of our IoT-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and performance for fleet and vehicle health management.
Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for applications, cloud infrastructure, APIs & Data As-A-Service offerings, and big data systems.
• Ensure alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud solutions.
• Manage the development of user-centric applications (Web & Mobile) that integrate IoT device data with fleet management systems.
• Prioritize features to enhance user experience, performance, and system reliability.
• Lead API strategy, ensuring seamless integrations with third-party systems, fleet management platforms, and customer ecosystems.
• Monitor and improve API performance, scalability, and security. Beyond the technical aspects, the role includes as well leading our API monetization strategy.
• Write clear and comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRD) to guide development led by our multi-disciplinary Agile SQUAD teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed design documents and specifications for applications, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Contribute to our product documentation and knowledge base.
• Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver innovative solutions and support go-to-market strategies.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in product offerings.
• Collaborate with customers to understand real-world applications and refine product requirements.
• Identify innovative shortcuts & growth-hacks to put our product release train and customer-oriented explorations on steroids.
• Define product KPIs and monitor performance metrics to ensure success.

Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure, APIs, IoT applications & Integrations.
• Proven experience in writing detailed PRDs, technical specs, and design documents.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Proven experience analyzing and optimizing Cloud infrastructure costs.
• Experience in Agile Product Owner role is an advantage.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Environment and IoT-related cloud services is an advantage.
• Experience in the automotive or fleet management industry is an advantage.
• Experience with API and Data as a service monetization strategy setting is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, API development, Web & Mobile applications development, and integration.Familiarity with IoT ecosystems and their product solutions.
• Proficient in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into technical requirements and specifications.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fast-learner, organized and versatile.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to cancel surrounding “noise”, see beyond the day-to-day tasks and zoom out to see the big picture.
• Multi-tasker.
