Salary Range: $117,000 - $185,000 USD

Poshmark, Inc., is hiring for the following role in Redwood City, CA: Senior Product Manager to develop and deliver valuable data-driven insights to assist Poshmark management with more effective decision-making and defining effective strategies for its customer-focused operations.  

Responsibilities

• Collect data, analyze, and report on key metrics; 
• Provide data-driven insights to inform the Company’s business decision making and improve its planning for how to reach customers and grow its base; 
• Identify new opportunities and implement key strategies from across the Company and its community help expand personalized merchandising both in app and via communication channels such as email, push notifications, and in-app notifications; 
• Study and analyze information about alternative courses of action to determine which will offer the best outcomes; 
• Identify KPIs and measure frameworks for user success; 
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and data to drive innovation, productivity and quality while iterating on digital products until project goals and targets are met; 
• Perform data analysis to determine the root cause of problems using digital product requests, and user interviews Poshmark users face and create holistic and scalable solutions;
• Improve the next generation of buyer initiatives and seller tools;
• Utilize extracted data to bolster the management of Poshmark’s digital product positioning, development of product capabilities, and services to consumers; 
• Analyze, develop, and execute a feature roadmap to hit key KPIs and overall business goals working on all platforms of the product: Android, iOS, Desktop Web, and Mobile Web; 
• Develop and implement strategies for the Company to improve its operations and build its market impact. Multiple positions. 

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Product Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics or a related field; 
• One (1) year of experience in the job offered or related occupation; 
• Position also requires one (1) year of experience in each of the following: SQL, Python or R; Machine learning; Cloud platform such as AWS or GCP; Online marketing data analytics, including analysis of digital marketing spend and optimization; Machine learning algorithms; A/B testing; Conducting market research and gathers data to identify Product ROI; Measuring user adoption, usage data and business impact of launches to determined potential product ROI; and Creation and presentation of reports on findings, defects, improvements, statuses and risk management.
