About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced product manager who can understand, prioritize, define, and launch functionality that delivers our value proposition to our customers and their applicants at a surprising pace.
The ideal person is a creative problem solver who finds joy in figuring out how to deliver intuitive consumer-like user experiences for complex B2B Mid-Market and Enterprise use cases, while delivering the compliance, data, and controls table stakes this target customer expects. You will focus on new features and functionality that reduce time and cost to hire at scale.
What you’ll be doing:
Product Strategy & Prioritization
- Define and articulate a product strategy to deliver the vision & business objectives while staying ahead of market trends
- Translate insights from competitor analysis and customer research into actionable plans that drive product differentiation and competitive advantage
- Collaborate with engineering, customers, and internal experts to understand, rationalize & prioritize requests for new functionality (we are B2B after all)
Product Development
- Lead cross-functional teams in the iterative development and execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Empower your engineers, with design, to partner in defining and translating product requirements into intuitive, scalable solutions.
- Define key success metrics and establish a data-driven approach to measure your team’s impact on business and customer outcomes.
Product Launch & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, sales, and marketing teams, to define go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption.
- Gather feedback and insights from customer-facing teams to rapidly iterate on product improvements and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Work closely with customer support to address product issues, resolve customer escalations, and drive customer satisfaction.
What you should bring:
- 4+ years experience as a Product Manager, preferably in strong UX-driven B2B SaaS organizations
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing high-impact products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Eagerness to roll up your sleeves to do what’s needed to deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary Range: $156,000 - $225,000 USD
