Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our product team. You will be responsible for the heart of our product – recipe builder and related features used by all customers to build automations. This is a core part of the product and its success defines the satisfaction and success of our users. It's important that UX/UI was great here to make our builder powerful and ergonomic at the same time. This role involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

• Shape the product strategy and roadmap for one of more key areas

• Understand the users, market, and competition

• Communicate the product strategy and requirements to key stakeholders

• Drive the product life cycle - ideation, design, prioritization, development, and delivery

• Bring teams together to define and implement product features

• Articulate product differentiation and value to internal and external stakeholders

• Define key metrics and measure the performance of the product features

• 5+ years of product management experience with SaaS products.

• Hands-on experience building products in a fast-paced environment

• Well-verse in gathering insights and identifying trends from data (customer interaction, qualitative and quantitative analysis, etc)

• Nice to have: Experience in one or more of the following areas: automation, iPaaS; Engineering or  computer science background.

• Detail oriented with superior organizational and time-management skills - balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests.

• Driven with a can-do attitude and determination to succeed.

• Strong communication skills - ability to articulate value, simplify concepts and influence without authority

• At least upper-intermediate English level
