Senior Product Manager
Biofourmis is looking for an experienced product manager for its Hospital at Home (H@H) product. In this role you will lead a cross-disciplinary teams to identify key areas to focus, create winning solutions, deliver cohesive go-to-market strategies to enable the delivery of acute care in the home. The ideal candidate will be innovative but execution focused, able to work closely with cross-functional teams, facilitate open discussions, and be unafraid challenge the status quo. This role reports to the VP of Product.
Biofourmis is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product team to own the Hospital at Home solution to allow patients to heal at home instead of in the hospital.In this role, you will drive the Product including roadmaps and go-to-market strategy to enable growth.You will become the company's top subject matter expert on our buyers and competitors in the hospital and health system space and translate your analysis of the market into actionable product strategy, product improvements, pricing, and product positioning recommendations.
You'll work closely with customers or use data to identify value, advance product-market fit, leading to growth. You'll align with customers to craft efficient workflows that scale and integrate seamlessly into health care systems and work closely with technical product team to build a modular and configurable platform solution that deliver to customer needs for acute care at home.
Additionally, you will work closely with Marketing, Technical Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success teams to identify gaps in product knowledge for new and evolving products and build out strategies and materials to address them.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a growth capacity working with healthcare technology tools
- Has a demonstrated ability to perform market analysis, evaluate new services or technologies, and make recommendations to pursue.
- Be an expert in the hospital and health system market, buyers and user personas, and our competition to inform company and product strategy.
- Has experience in innovative care delivery, ideally working with providers and patients.
- Act as the voice of the customer for internal product stakeholders and the voice of the product for external customers.
- Work closely with marketing to drive training on how to pitch our services and serve as a subject matter expert in key internal and external meetings
- Align closely with Account Management to identify customer needs and use trends
- Partner cross-functionally with other teams to explore the feasibility of new ideas or research how to enhance and further differentiate existing offerings
- Provide support for sales, customer success, product, and marketing teams at industry events and conferences
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the roadmap for products in the Acute market.
- Drive the full product lifecycle from research, design, specification, metrics definition, development, launch, adoption, and beyond.
- Work closely with Clinical, Design, Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize and develop features.
- Work with customers to identify needs and translate into product enhancement requirements.
- Understand the competitive landscape and use customer feedback to identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for capturing those opportunities.
- Be a strong leader that facilitates collaboration. Demonstrate the ability to continually refine the team's processes while empowering team members to feel heard and respected.
Requirements
- 2+ year's experience in product management with a focus on healthcare.
- Experience with acute, oncology, palliative or SNF care ideally in a home setting
- Experience with payers and healthcare reimbursement a plus
- Strong business sense, intellectual curiosity, and subject matter expertise in the complexities of the healthcare ecosystem.
- Success working cross-functionally in influencing teams and building stakeholder trust
- Experience in defining metrics to measure product performance using analytical skills.
- High degree of user empathy and ability to balance advocate for the user while advancing the needs of the business.
- Excellent written and presentation skills; ability to distill complex problems into simple documentation tailored to the audience.
- Experience with working with Engineering and Design teams in developing software solutions.
- Passion for making healthcare better for patients and more efficient for providers.
- Patience to solve hard problems and work around operational roadblocks.
