🚀 What you will be doing?

• Drive and develop the product vision and strategy, guiding from concept to launch.
• Lead product discovery to dive deep into our user problems, identify opportunities, run experiments, and ideate solutions. You’ll have to coordinate cross-functional teams within the company to receive the best possible insights.
• Collaborate with the PO, design and engineering team to develop, through defined features, the product roadmap.
• Through data, analyze and understand how our product is improving the way our users travel.

💪 The perfect candidate

• First of all, passion for travel. You’re a traveler and understand the issues and opportunities of the sector.
• At least, 5 years working as a PM leading core products.
• You feel comfortable in a changing environment and adapt easily. We are developing a top travel product. There are many paths to success, lets go get it!
• You challenge yourself and others. You’re a go-getter person who wants to grow up and achieve goals.
• Ability to solve complex problems, assess risks, and carry out well-structured, data-informed reasoning
• You have a deep user empathy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Profiency in spanish is a must and english is a plus.
