Are you a problem solver? A bit ninja? An artist with flowcharts? You sound like a great candidate, and we just so happen to be looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team!

A Product Manager initiates, plans, and executes product vision while owning the internal process to ensure timely delivery of a second-to-none customer experience. Collaborates with internal management and development teams to analyze, design, implement and/or support business application systems. This position will provide support for key business initiatives by integrating processes, systems, and information to fulfill business objectives.

What You'll Do:

• Owning the product process from conception to completion
• Documentation, delivery, and training of internal process strategy
• Provides thought leadership and planning for areas of responsibility
• Reconciles stakeholder views, requiring awareness, respect, and the ability to reconcile cultural differences
• Maintain updated roadmap and deliver release notes to internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct a cost benefit analysis for all future dev work prior to beginning a project
• Supervise and support product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams

Requirements

What You Need:

• 3+ years of demonstrated success in project or product management
• Bachelor's degree - STEM preferred
• You get things done and are motivated by the impact your actions have around you
• Passion for solving complex problems at scale
• The ability to take ownership and be accountable to our partners and customers

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced degree in a related technical field
• Experience performing product-driven quantitative and qualitative analysis
