ABOUT THIS ROLE
Apex Fintech Solutions seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Product Manager (ACATS) to lead the development of a cutting-edge SaaS platform focused on facilitating seamless account transfers (ACATS) between financial firms. This role is critical in delivering a frictionless customer experience, driving technical independence, and aligning with Apex's growth strategy. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the product's vision, strategy, and execution, while ensuring scalability, automation, and compliance with industry protocols. This position will report to the Group Product Manager of Core Clearing and will have extensive cross-functional interaction.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
Apex Fintech Solutions seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Product Manager (ACATS) to lead the development of a cutting-edge SaaS platform focused on facilitating seamless account transfers (ACATS) between financial firms. This role is critical in delivering a frictionless customer experience, driving technical independence, and aligning with Apex's growth strategy. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the product's vision, strategy, and execution, while ensuring scalability, automation, and compliance with industry protocols. This position will report to the Group Product Manager of Core Clearing and will have extensive cross-functional interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Defining and executing the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the new Account Transfer SaaS Platform that will delight our customers.
- Develop, launch, and execute a comprehensive business strategy for Apex's Account Transfer SaaS platform, aligned with the overall company objectives and market trends.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization for your product, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns to acquire new customers and expand market share.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships and alliances with complementary technology providers, distribution channels, and industry associations to enhance product offerings and drive business growth.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and document detailed product requirements and lead products from design to launch.
- Author Annual Operating Plans, Product Charters, PR-FAQs, Narratives and other product related artifacts.
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders based on deep analysis and alignment with business goals.
- Have a bias for action to tackle ambiguity and deliver clarity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on the performance, achievements, and challenges of your product.
- Collaborate closely with a Product Manager, ensuring their professional growth through coaching and management, while jointly steering the strategic direction of the SaaS platform.
- Position requires 20%+ time for travel. (We're a distributed company.)
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in cloud-based systems and SaaS platforms.
- Experience in or strong interest in learning Automated Customer Account Transfer Service (ACATS) .
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field (CS or engineering degree). Master's degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience working with business stakeholders, senior leaders, and clients within a large organization
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
- Understanding of user experience, web development, API standards, and Agile practices, with a strong preference for best practices and incremental delivery.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to engage in detailed discussions about API design, endpoints, and data structures, bridging the gap between product vision and implementation.
- Experience researching, defining and documenting market and product requirements.
- Demonstrated full-lifecycle ownership of product development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial industries and FinTech.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Product Management experience building B2B SaaS solutions; Financial Services (Payments, Brokerage, Wealth Management, Trading, Clearing, Settlements, etc) industry experience is a Experience with financial industries and FinTech.strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to overcome challenges associated with early-stage product development, successfully pivoting, iterating, and refining strategies to achieve scalable and sustainable outcomes.
