Senior Product Manager, Account Management

Checkr is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Account Management team. This team focuses on helping our customers sign up for and manage their Checkr accounts using self-service tools. 

As the Senior Product Manager on the Account Management team you will define, build and launch delightful experiences to optimize the sign-up experience, enable customers to complete their first order more quickly, and more easily adopt and use additional Checkr products. A rigorous PM will look for areas where experiences can be made more efficient and customer value delivered more easily and quickly. You’ll test your hypotheses though A/B tests and MVP product launches, analyze your results and iterate.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform data analysis to understand customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve product performance
• Work with design and research teams to perform primary and secondary research to understand customer behavior and uncover unmet needs and problem areas
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop hypotheses and prioritized plans to execute
• Together with data analysts, define experiments and A/B tests, structured to provide statistically significant results and actionable outcomes
• Work with engineering to bring your product ideas and innovative technology solutions to life
• Work cross-functionally with support, marketing and finance to deliver new customer experiences & forecast and measure the impact

Who You Are:

• You are an empathetic product manager with  a deep understanding of customer pain points

• You relentlessly seek out the voice of the customer to understand what drives value, and what problems they experience
• You possess a proactive attitude, natural curiosity, and willingness to roll up sleeves to achieve goals and deliver great experiences for customers
• You have a strong customer-focus with a successful track record of shipping software and managing the product life cycle

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a consumer focus
• Demonstrated experience bringing new product experiences to market from conception to launch
• Strong ability to distill a large, complex set of data into simple KPIs
• Customer centricity with  a commitment to customer-driven innovation
• You bring solid delivery of high quality, scalable, and innovative solutions
• Experience with analytics and A/B testing platforms (preference for Amplitude)

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with Colorado law, the base salary for this role if filled within Colorado is $126,438-$148,750.
