(Senior) Product Manager - Account Opening

Role Overview:

• We are looking to hire our second Product Manager for Clutch’s Account opening (DAO) Platform. This is a digital origination experience to open a deposit account in under 5 mins bringing credit unions at par with the best of fintech experiences today. Your role would be to directly work with the customers to build the next set of product capabilities while collaborating with the DAO team ( Lead Product Manager, Designer, Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success)

Your responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Clutch’s Account Opening products, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Conduct customer (credit union) and end user discovery, both onsite and virtually, to incorporate the best fintech innovations into account opening comprehensive product specs to drive clarity and accelerate building impactful and user-centric products.
• Collaborate with customers throughout the product lifecycle to ensure successful product iterations and feedback incorporation.
• Ensure high quality launches as well as clear qualitative and quantitative metrics post launch 
• Create and deliver enablement content for customer success and implementation teams, ensuring it is refined and effective through collaboration with Product Marketing.

Skillset you will bring:

• Proven Impact: 4+ years of experience delivering large-scope products from concept to launch.
• Consumer-Grade Experience: Expertise in creating seamless, consumer-grade experiences for enterprise customers, with a focus on fintech and high-growth startups.
• User-Centric Approach: Strong commitment to assessing end-user needs (B2C) as well as credit union (B2B) needs guiding credit unions in adopting and transforming their processes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication 
• Critical Thinking: Comfortable challenging assumptions, asking tough questions, and ensuring alignment with the product vision and business needs.
• Product Knowledge: Understanding of the US fintech landscape as well as product development fundamentals, including engineering, design, analytics, and user research.
• Balanced Decision-Making: Ability to balance intuition and data-driven insights in product development.
• Organizational Skills: Strong planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to negotiate with stakeholders.
• Independent Leadership: Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive multiple initiatives.
