We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join Finexio's Product team. In this role, you will define and launch our new account verification and fraud prevention product and ensure product market fit, revenue/profitability goals, sales and marketing enablement, vendor management, and other strategic product activities are successfully managed.

In addition to the strategic activities, this role is also responsible for the hands on, tactical activities necessary to bring the product to market and drive future enhancements that improve the benefit for the initial market and expands adoption into additional target markets. As such, possessing the experience (and desire) to define detailed requirements/stories and perform other product ownership tasks related to developing the product capabilities is required.

Success in this role requires a high degree of empathy for the businesses and people we serve, creativity towards how we iteratively bring impactful solutions to market, and staying laser focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience, profitably.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience as a product manager leading revenue generating identity verification and/or payment fraud prevention focused products
  • Ability to operate in a highly effective, successful manner within a fast paced, startup environment
  • Comfortable working at both the strategic and tactical levels in an Agile product management environment
  • Hands on experience with all Scrum related work items, processes, and procedures
  • Advanced ability to use data to uncover trends and anomalies and to support recommendations for improvements and new initiatives; Ideal candidates will also have experience with Looker or similar business intelligence software
  • Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with all team members throughout the organization - regardless of role, focus, or level - and external stakeholders
  • Possess a creative and eager mindset, able to quickly find and implement product enhancements
  • Demonstrable experience successfully working in a fully remote, geographically dispersed environment
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience


In this role you will
  • Own strategy and overall success of the account verification and fraud prevention product(s)
  • Partner closely with other Product Managers and teams inc. Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, etc. to ensure products owned align with corporate goals, product roadmap, and stakeholder expectations
  • Define product requirements and collaborate closely with Technology to deliver product features
  • Maximize efficiency in an environment where process is fluid and creative solutions are expected
  • Develop and deliver product documentation and training to stakeholder teams, and incorporate feedback to improve future materials and training sessions
  • Use analytics to monitor product performance, support enhancement opportunities, and increase product adoption and revenue
