Senior Product Manager, Cloud Services

Foxit is developing a suite of Cloud offerings to compliment and extend its family of PDF solutions. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Management, this role is responsible for delivering the strategy and vision of Foxit Cloud services.

You will reinvent how businesses use our platform to streamline end-to-end document processes and workflows. You will work with Sales, marketing, support, and development, to influence and develop the strategy, roadmap and vision of our Admin Console Application. Your contributions will directly impact Foxit’s revenue and customer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

·  Identify Channel Partners and Resellers requirements, to prioritize and execute multi-year strategy and roadmap.

· Lead, support, and collaborate with a group of Product managers to coordinate and implement the development of new features and services.

· Influence and motivate cross-functional teams to move toward a shared vision of Channelfirst strategy.

· Help define the success metrics of all key initiatives and own the outcomes.

· Work with external partners and MSPs to integrate APIs and key functionality into our application.

· Master usage analytics, support, and product data to analyze customer needs and trends and to provide data driven product recommendations.

· Connect with customers and business to identify needs and requirements and synthesize findings into product programs to ensure customer success and adoption.

· Own metrics that contribute meaningfully to business goals

· Collaborate with sales and marketing to support product launches by providing sales enablement tools such as feature benefits; product positioning; competitive intelligence; and other content or training

What You'll Need For Success

· 5+ years of product management experience with SaaS products and Cloud services.

· Obsession with the end-to-end customer journey from product discovery, trial to product conversion and use.

· Demonstrate ownership of problems and the ability to drive issues to resolution with minimum management oversight

· Broad knowledge of the requirements gathering and development process for hosted services

· Experience and professionalism in communicating with and supporting external partners and customers. 

· Experience working with multi-cultural, worldwide, cross-functional teams

Base salary range: $135,000 - $145,000
