Senior Product Manager - People List & Org Chart

In this role, you will define and drive the product direction for people list and org chart capabilities, ensuring clarity, usability, and scalability across global customers. You will translate complex organizational data into intuitive product experiences while aligning with business and customer needs.

• Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for people structure and org chart solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable product features.
• Gather and prioritize requirements across multiple stakeholders and product lines.
• Ensure seamless execution across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
• Balance long-term product evolution with urgent customer needs and escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement of UX and UI for workforce visualization tools.

Requirements

You bring strong product management experience in fast-paced, scaling environments, with a proven ability to own complex product areas end-to-end. You are comfortable working autonomously while influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

• 5+ years of product management experience in fast-paced tech, startup, or scale-up environments.
• Strong understanding of UX and UI principles, with the ability to translate user needs into product design.
• Proven ability to define product strategy and execute across full development cycles.
• Experience working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders in global environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to prioritize across competing demands.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive alignment across distributed teams.
• Self-driven, autonomous, and comfortable making high-impact product decisions.
