About the Opportunity

OKX platform currently is in the fast growing stage. As one of the main drivers for user growth, the Affiliate team will be in charge of the Affiliate program and product designs, aiming to create competitiveness on the markets to attract KOL to join the program to drive platform growth. To join the team, you will be involved in the end-to-end decision making process, witness the growth of our OKX platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the development and execution of growth strategies for our products

• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis and customer insights

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test hypotheses for growth experiments

• Use agile methodologies to manage the development and deployment of growth initiatives

• Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth efforts and inform decision making

• Use SQL to extract and analyze data from various sources

• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products or features

What We Look For In You

• Solid years of experience in product management, data analytics or a related field

• Strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven strategy, and data analysis

• Proficiency in SQL and experience using data to inform decision making

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results

Nice to Haves

• Experience in go-to-market planning and the crypto industry preferred

• Experience in user growth, especially influencer marketing preferred

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, statistics, business, marketing) preferred
