Senior Product Manager, AI

Role Overview: In this role you’ll take the lead in shaping and executing FuturHealth's AI product strategy. You’ll spearhead innovations in Predictive AI/ML and Gen AI across all our solutions delivering targeted AI features designed specifically for the diverse sales and marketing personas that our go-to-market platform serves.

What you’ll do:

• You’ll spearhead the development of AI data science and Gen AI across our products.

• Responsible for building predictive AI models within our go-to-market platform.

• Collaborate closely with engineering marketing and other teams to bring the product to life.

• You’ll define and measure success metrics for each new feature ensuring we deliver real value to our customers.

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously enhance the product.

• You’ll help craft a compelling narrative around AI advancements and represent FuturHealth's in analyst briefings and key customer meetings.

It’s a perfect match if you have:

• Over 5 years of experience in product development with a strong background in AI and data science is essential.

• Experience working closely with technical teams (engineers developers architects) and have a knack for helping to overcome roadblocks.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including creating user stories and facilitating scrum ceremonies.

• You excel at communicating effectively and enjoy interacting with development teams stakeholders third-party vendors and researchers.

The pay range for this role is $115000- $230000 total compensation package. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation such as bonus and equity. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location skills qualifications and experience.
