Senior Product Manager - AI

Role Overview: As the AI Product Manager at FuturHealth you will be responsible for overseeing the planning execution and delivery of artificial intelligence products that enhance our weight management services. You will collaborate closely with our engineering data science and healthcare teams to develop innovative AI solutions that improve patient outcomes and streamline our telehealth offerings

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI product strategies tailored to weight management and telehealth services

• Lead the ideation technical development and launch of innovative AI products that enhance our weight loss medication services and personalized diet plans

• Define product roadmaps and schedules in collaboration with technical and business teams 1

• Analyze market trends and competitive conditions in the telehealth and weight management sectors

• Work closely with engineering and data science teams to ensure AI functionalities are built to the highest standards and comply with healthcare regulations

• Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve our AI-powered solutions

• Develop business cases to secure funding for new AI initiatives in telehealth and weight management

Requirement and Skills:

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager preferably in healthcare technology or AI-driven products

• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence machine learning and related technologies particularly in healthcare applications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science AI Machine Learning or a related field is highly desirable

• Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively in applying AI to weight management challenges

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with agile methodologies and data-driven decision making

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and weight management solutions is a plus

The pay range for this role is $160000 - $220000 total compensation range. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation such as bonus and equity. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location skills qualifications and experience.
