Job Description

TITLE: Product Manager III, Payments Analytics

LOCATION: Atlanta, GA, DFW Texas, Remote

The Payments industry has been going through a massive transformation that continues dramatically accelerated due to the massive amount of transactions processed. The result is a huge opportunity for innovation to change the way that merchants can engage and delight consumers in their shopping experience through data analytics and machine learning. We are looking for a Product Manager who is creative, curious, and insightful to help drive compelling big data solutions across the Grocery, Convenience & Fuel, and other markets.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Define product capabilities that delights our retail and hospitality clients and their end consumers
• Identify and validate market opportunities and define product that drives growth and differentiation
• Collaborate with Development and other stakeholders to build and execute a prioritized product backlog based on:
  • Product strategy
  • Customer feedback & interviews
  • User research (in partnership with User Experience Design)
  • Competitive analysis
• Recruit customers to act as "advisor users" to co-create innovative products
• Educate sales and marketing on value messaging for release management
• Write product requirements documents
• Perform market research
• Meet customers for needs analysis

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years proven experience in a Product Manager or similar role
• BS/BA in Business, Computer Science or related technical field
• Experience in payments and/or data field
• A great attitude; people like working with you
• Curiosity & thirst for learning, and ability to do it quickly
• Outside-in, data-backed orientation
• Strong interpersonal skills & ability to build strong, trusting relationships
• Ability to simplify the complex
• Prioritization across tactical/strategic, customer/market
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead by influence across teams & siloes
• Familiarity with Agile framework
• Problem-solving aptitude & creative thinking skills
• Vision for where things need to go

• Familiarity w/ modern software trends (SaaS, Cloud, Telemetry, etc.)

Preferred Experience:

• Payment's experience
• Big Data, MS Azure and PowerBI
• Well-rounded experience to work across functional areas, including software development, operations, marketing, sales, leadership, etc.)
