Senior Product Manager, Authentication and Authorization

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager

Compensation: $215,000 - $270,000 salary, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.

As a Product Manager for the Authentication and Authorization team, your primary responsibility is to own and maintain the team's roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the broader organizational goals. You will champion security-related efforts across the organization, clearly articulating the necessary steps to achieve these objectives to your team. 

A key focus will be incrementally working towards SOX compliance, ensuring that all processes and solutions meet regulatory standards. You will oversee the development and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, managing user access and authorization for both internal and external clients, as well as server-to-server interactions. Effective communication with all security-related stakeholders is crucial, as you will need to convey complex security requirements and updates, fostering a collaborative and informed environment.

What we’re looking for in a Senior Product Manager for this role

• You are experienced in owning the product strategy, vision and roadmap across multiple products. You’re creative and think outside the here and now to set ambitious goals and direction.
• You have a strong understanding of IAM concepts, protocols, and best practices
• You’re a skilled problem solver and can find clarity in the biggest, most challenging problems.
• You are a concise and effective communicator, skilled at leading discussions with internal and client senior executives and developing relationships
• You are a strong executor, with a track record of delivering products and features that solve real customer problems
• You showcase business acumen across multiple domains, and are able to easily grasp new concepts and become a subject matter expert and trusted partner for our clients

Requirements

About you:

• 7+ years as a product manager in a high-growth tech company or other relevant organization, or other relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g. science, engineering, computer science)
• Experience or existing knowledge in Ecommerce is desirable 
• Experience launching two-sided B2B marketplaces is a plus
