Senior Product Manager (Citi)

Now we are looking for a Product Manager for a Full Time or C2C position in New York to join our team at Globant!

The Product Manager is responsible for building and gathering product backlogs and prioritizing requirements to create winning products. Their primary responsibility lies in defining a clear vision that aligns with engineering team goals while keeping up-to-date on all developments essential to achieving our desired outcomes. The candidate must have deep Agile framework experience, must have worked in multi functional teams with senior business stakeholder.

The Product Owner (PO) is a member of the Agile Delivery Team responsible for:

• Defining user stories
• Prioritizing the Team Backlog to align with customer values
• Synthesizing these values with the technical capabilities of the scrum team to iteratively build functional increments of a product solution
• Experience in managing backlogs in Agile lifecycle.
• Experience working across a multi functional teams with senior business stakeholder

You can look forward to:

• Articulating product vision and user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams
• Managing user stories for one or more products
• Prioritizing backlog based on user value, time, and other dependencies
• Iteration planning and communication with overall program leadership and architects
• Establishing user story acceptance criteria, accepts user stories, refining stories with Scrum teams.
• Reviewing and providing feedback on test plans to ensure application changes meet acceptance criteria.
• Leading team and/or client system demonstrations

You will need to have:

• 8+ years as a Product Manager in an agile environment
• 5+ years prior experience with core banking applications, financial systems
• 5+years of Agile framework experience
• Agile Certification is a must (CSM, CSPO, CSP)
• Must have worked in multi functional teams with senior business stakeholder

Salary: 150,000.00 USD
