Senior Product Manager, Creator Experience

As Senior Product Manager for Creator Experiences, you will be responsible for continuously improving the user experience and driving product-led growth from onboarding all the way through the product, including upgrades to our paid offering. 

Additionally, you will:

• Foster a highly collaborative cross-functional environment focused on shared metrics and objectives
• Identify opportunities to improve the user journey and drive free user and subscriber acquisition
• Prioritize key metrics and hypotheses ruthlessly to make sure we are focused on the right things
• Partner with team members to understand our users and subscribers, both through user research and quantitative analysis
• Collaborate with customer success teams to design effective customer onboarding processes and ensure customers successfully adopt and derive value from the product
• Develop and execute on a product roadmap for growth initiatives in collaboration with Design, Engineering, and other stakeholders
• Lead experimentation across the team, establishing best practices for evaluating experiments and incorporating learnings
• Communicate strategy and results to internal stakeholders, from leading meetings with executives to presenting to our entire Headquarters team
• Understand the competitive environment and stay on top of great user experiences, especially with subscription products and product led growth companies
• Work on distribution opportunities outside of traditional paid marketing such as referrals, affiliate programs, and more.

• 5+ years of experience in building and shipping excellent products
• You have experience working in agile scrum environments
• You have experience analyzing complex data sets and effectively distilling and communicating resulting insights
• A strong reliance on testing and data-driven learning to drive prioritization
• A stronger reliance on constantly talking to creators every day
• A maniacal focus on delivering the best customer experience possible
• You are comfortable operating independently
• There are three experience sets that are particularly a plus:
• B2B SaaS experience
• Experience at a product led growth company
• Experience working with physical products

A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.  The current range for this role is $200K - $225K + equity + benefits.
