About the role:

• Understand how our users interact with the CRM and Marketing Automation (CMA) and the value they gain from it. Set the vision and strategy for CMA and prioritize product streams
• Listen, observe, and empathize with user needs and concerns related to CMA. Collaboratively define problems and ideate in problem solving. Through research and development, experimentation, prototyping, and testing, ensure new features delight our users and solve business problems effectively
• Ensure alignment with our internal stakeholders on product roadmap and team priorities
• Define areas of focus, proactively manage priorities and the feature backlog along with appropriate user acceptance criteria and ensure the team is solving the right problems at the right time. Work with the operation team to ensure product priorities align with organizational priorities
• Collaborate with the solution engineer and operations colleagues to define, design, accept, adapt and roll out features
• Work closely with relevant internal and external stakeholder teams to prepare for product launches and new releases.

Skills & Requirements:

• Ideally a university degree (degree in economics, business administration, business informatics or comparable)
• At least 5+ years of professional experience in CRM and Marketing Automation in a product driven setup. Experience with Salesforce or Hubspot is is a plus
• Experience in developing and introducing product strategy, concepts and processes
• Experience in agile project management and experience with common project tools (Jira, Confluence)
• A naturally proactive approach with the ability to bring new ideas to fruition in a solution-oriented way
• Fluency in English, (German language skills are a plus)
