Senior Product Manager (CX)

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced product manager who will guide the future of our portal and the supporting infrastructure. The Bandwidth portal is the gateway to our services, customers search for, order, and provision a variety of services on phone numbers around the world from within this interface. You will manage the responsible for the core portal capabilities as well as frameworks and infrastructure that other product teams use to expose capabilities of their products within the interface.

What You'll Do:

• Work with CX leadership to shape the vision, strategy, and drive the execution of our Portal services
• Work cross-functionally internally and externally to integrate vendors solutions as needed
• Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with sales, account management, product, engineering leadership teams. 
• Work closely with customers to identify pain-points and opportunities for future improvements
• Collaborate with operations leaders to achieve greater operational efficiency through better product design.
• You will be responsible for internal and external customers’ experience, understanding their business objectives and enabling their CPaaS service and/or developing innovative communication products.
• You will develop customer stories of key and unique customers, assist in the development of customer personae and regularly share these stories with Bandwidth to better our understanding of our customers business, their vision of the future and their needs and frustration.
• You will manage a team of product managers who are responsible for other areas of the portal and Developer Experience

What You Need:

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: Program Management, Product Management, Project Management, Product Marketing or Customer Support.
• Experience in gathering business insights and identifying trends from data, including a combination of data from multiple sources.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong user experience focus and experience
• Desired qualities: Innovative thinking, curious, action oriented, ability to drive improvements, strong relationship builder, excellent analytical and problem solving skills, superior communication skills, highly adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with customer service environment a huge plus.
• Experience with SaaS web applications and interfaces
