Senior Product Manager - Data Governance & Privacy

monday.com is looking for a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for driving monday's strategy and execution around data governance and privacy, building world class lovable products white maintaining high compliance standards and supporting unique customer needs.

You will join an amazing group of talented developers who are responsible for building user-facing and product-internal privacy and security capabilities, addressing the needs of our customers at scale.

Some of the challenges you will help the group address:

• Continue maintaining a high standard of data governance for monday as we rapidly expand and build new capabilities.
• Help monday continue meeting the compliance requirements of enterprise customers at scale.

About The Role:

As a Product Manager leading this area, you’ll focus on addressing complex data governance challenges.

You will have an impact on the entire company and see how your ideas and work change the lives of millions of users (and counting).

What you will do:

• Establish a shared data governance vision across the company, addressing the unique needs of multiple verticals, geographies, and monday platform and products.
• Build tooling to address customer requirements around the areas of privacy, compliance and account tooling.
• Collect and analyze a wide range of inputs to identify opportunities to make sure your team always works on the most impactful topics and items.
• Motivate a group of some of the smartest, most committed, and fun people you’ve ever worked with.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record of delivering impactful products in the domains of data, privacy, or a related technical area.
• Self-driven individual comfortable with motivating, leading, and making decisions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to thoroughly explain the rationalize product decisions.
• Analytical mindset with experience in leveraging both qualitative insights and quantitative data in order to drive product decisions.
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience leading SaaS B2B products is a plus.
• Previous entrepreneurial or consulting experience is a plus.
