Senior Product Manager, Developer Experience

In this role you will be working closely with the Internal Developer Platform (IDP)  team. The IDP team is the central hub for streamlined development workflows, where clear and accessible golden paths empower engineers to efficiently navigate their tasks. We are building Platform as a Product that can enable engineers to autonomously build and support secure, scalable, and reliable applications with high speed and quality through a common technology ecosystem. Our key services and products offered are part of the main SDLC flow, owning different products per step of the life cycle.
What you'll do

• Working closely with a technical team lead, you will be responsible for one of the products of our growing product suite.
• Focus primarily on defining the product strategy and the team's roadmap, executing the strategy, and ensuring all teams and stakeholders are aligned.
• Interact and collaborate regularly with infrastructure engineers, software developers, product managers, and the leadership teams from other departments.
• Serve as a leader across Adyen for supporting and driving innovative solutions and decision-making.
• Prioritize among different problems, ensuring that imminent issues are resolved first and the long term is also taken care of.

Who you are

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager and delivered successful outcomes.
• You have technical fundamentals to build a platform as a product while working closely with engineering building the infrastructure and workflows.
• Able to make strategic choices, considering business and technical needs, as well as the needs of the team.
• Someone with a growth mindset and the thirst to learn and build great products.
• Fueled by curiosity, always on the lookout to learn how something works, whether it's our platform's performance, application architecture, or the scalability of our products.
• Someone who promotes strong teamwork, healthy collaboration, and inclusivity.
