We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for Digital Products. This role will directly report to VP Product Management, Digital Products and be part of establishing a “software product” organization responsible for:
- The infrastructure required to support Cloud operating model APIs and API gateways
- The delivery of the ecommerce and customer lifecycle management of Cloud operating model
- Any custom built product required by the Applications organization to complement the third party products that constitute the basis of our tool ecosystem
The role will define and drive features and software capabilities for Pure’s transition to a platform company.
Role responsibilities include market analysis, technology trends, roadmap, product prioritization and requirements definition. The ability to interact with and influence cross-functional teams comprising engineering, CTO office, Partners, Marketing/Sales as well as executive staff is required.Â
What You’ll Do
- Lead roadmap and execution plan for the fast-growing digital products portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, size, and develop a scalable and unique go-to-market model.
- Manage product planning and commit process integrating feedback from internal stakeholders, customers and market analytics to shape the product roadmap and GTM strategy.
- Maintain overall functional product architecture and consistencyÂ
- Drive execution of this strategy to drive a high growth business within a multi-billion dollar addressable market for PaaS.
- Assess the competitive and market landscape and accurately predict trends
- Work closely with engineering counterparts to prioritize enhancements and shape a compelling services road map focused on customer outcomes.
- Be a key strategic adviser for the Digital Transformation executive team
Requirements
- 8-10 years of product management experience involving software, services, and subscription consumption models
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Experience building channel programs for software and services a big plus
- A passion for technology and the ability to clearly communicate your vision
- Hybrid-cloud, Go-To-Market, and enterprise storage experience
- Demonstrated track record to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
- Mastery in delivery of compelling presentations to a wide variety of internal and external audiences.
- Independent and creative thinker who had demonstrated the ability to innovate, influence, and execute.
- Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment.
